A trailing 12-month MRED MLS comparison across eight Chicago western suburb communities — Naperville, Hinsdale, Downers Grove, Elmhurst, La Grange, Lisle, Westmont, and Western Springs — shows inventory collapsing simultaneously across very different price tiers.
